We are the Carter-Hanawalt family!
My name is Haley Hanawalt, my husband is Tyson Carter, and we are the proud owners of Street Elite Golf Carts!
We opened our business in May of 2024. I was looking for a way to contribute financially to our young family while my husband worked as a Union Ironworker that would be flexible enough to still allow me to be available for our 3 young boys.
Since the age of 9, I have grown up in my parent's campground business, where campers and golf carts go hand in hand. This helped grow our idea of creating our business: selling golf carts! We opened Street Elite Golf Carts in front of our family's campground, Mt. Gilead KOA, in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, on Memorial Day Weekend of 2024.
Our 3 sons love helping pick out new cart colors and washing the carts.
